A clear path from an active Etsy listing to a published Pinterest Pin.
Riset Listing is an independent seller tool. You decide which Pinterest account to connect, which board to use, and when a prepared Pin is published.
Open Pinterest promotionFrom listing to Pin, with a review before publishing
The workflow separates content preparation from the final publishing action.
- 01
Connect your account
Authorization happens on Pinterest through OAuth. Riset Listing receives only the permissions approved for the connection.
- 02
Choose a listing and board
Select an active Etsy listing, its image, and the Pinterest board where the Pin should appear.
- 03
Review the Pin content
Check the title, description, destination link, and image alternative text before publishing.
- 04
Publish and inspect results
Publish the Pin with your action, then open its Pinterest link and review available performance metrics.
What the integration actually does
These features use the connected account and the API permissions available to that account.
Board selection
Read available boards and create a public board when you choose to do so.
Pin publishing
Send the selected image and reviewed content to the chosen board through the Pinterest API.
Published Pins
Keep a link to the Pin and its publishing date in the Riset Listing promotion view.
Pin analytics
Show available Impressions, Saves, Pin Clicks, and Outbound Clicks. Data availability and timing depend on Pinterest.
A connection you can understand and control
Riset Listing is an independent service that uses Pinterest developer services. It is not Pinterest, and this page does not claim Pinterest endorsement, partnership, or certification.
Your Pinterest password stays on Pinterest
The connection uses Pinterest OAuth. Riset Listing does not ask you to type your Pinterest password into its own form.
Permissions are explicit
The integration requests account, board, and Pin read/write scopes needed for the enabled workflow. The Pinterest authorization screen shows the requested access.
Tokens are protected
Connection tokens are stored encrypted on the Riset Listing server. Disconnecting clears the stored access and refresh tokens for that connection.
Questions about the Pinterest connection
Is this an official Pinterest website?
No. This is Riset Listing’s explanation of its own integration. The account authorization and Pin API are provided by Pinterest.
Does connecting automatically publish my Etsy listings?
No. You select the listing, board, image, and content, then explicitly choose to publish the Pin.
Which Pin statistics can I see?
The promotion view can show Impressions, Saves, Pin Clicks, and Outbound Clicks when Pinterest returns the data. New Pins may not have metrics immediately.
Can I disconnect Pinterest?
Yes. You can disconnect the account in Riset Listing. The stored connection tokens are cleared; existing Pins on Pinterest are not removed by disconnecting.
Read the underlying Pinterest documentation
Pinterest documents OAuth permissions, creating boards and Pins, and the definitions of Pin performance metrics.
